Position: Guest Experience Representative

Time: 10 AM - 10 PM (U.S. Pacific Time)

Location: Remote


About the Role:

Join a fast-paced, high-energy team providing exceptional email support during U.S. Pacific Time. Help deliver seamless guest experiences by collaborating with kitchen and service teams to resolve issues proactively.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-tier email support to guests.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth guest experiences.
  • Assist guests with live delivery order support, ensuring real-time resolution of issues during active deliveries.
  • Resolve guest issues quickly and efficiently.


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in eCommerce support, CX, or client relations (U.S. clients preferred).
  • Prior experience working in a restaurant or hospitality industry.
  • Strong written communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).


Bonus:

  • Experience with Grasshopper CX or similar platforms.
  • Experience with food delivery services (UberEats, DoorDash, etc.) is a plus.


Details:

  • Start: 30 hours/week, increasing to 40-50 hours as the company grows.
