Position: Guest Experience Representative
Time: 10 AM - 10 PM (U.S. Pacific Time)

About the Role:
Join a fast-paced, high-energy team providing exceptional email support during U.S. Pacific Time. Help deliver seamless guest experiences by collaborating with kitchen and service teams to resolve issues proactively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-tier email support to guests.

Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth guest experiences.
- Assist guests with live delivery order support, ensuring real-time resolution of issues during active deliveries.
- Resolve guest issues quickly and efficiently.
Qualifications:

3+ years in eCommerce support, CX, or client relations (U.S. clients preferred).
- Prior experience working in a restaurant or hospitality industry.

Strong written communication and problem-solving skills.

Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).
Bonus:
- Experience with Grasshopper CX or similar platforms.
- Experience with food delivery services (UberEats, DoorDash, etc.) is a plus.

Start: 30 hours/week, increasing to 40-50 hours as the company grows.
