Operations Lead / Chief of Staff (Remote, Full-Time)
Location: Fully Remote (Must have at least 4 hours overlap with U.S. Central Time)
Compensation: $2,000–$2,200 USD/month (Independent Contractor)
Anavah Talent is a U.S.-based startup on a mission to connect top global talent with world-class companies. We’re growing quickly—and looking for a high-caliber Operations Lead / Chief of Staff to help build the infrastructure to scale. This role reports directly to the CEO and is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys solving complex problems, and wants to help shape a purpose-driven company from the ground up.
The Impact You’ll Make:
- Build systems that bring clarity and alignment across teams
- Translate strategy into action—leading key initiatives end-to-end
- Establish operational structure that enables sustainable, high-quality growth
- Support a global team doing meaningful and dignified work
What You’ll Do:
- Lead daily operations and track key projects using Asana
- Create and continuously improve workflows, SOPs, and internal processes
- Coordinate across functions: Recruiting, Growth, Client Services, and HR
- Drive team execution and accountability across quarterly goals
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years in operations, project management, or strategic roles
- Experience working with U.S. clients, preferably in startups
- Highly organized, proactive, and resourceful
- Strong communicator who brings structure to complexity
- Able to work full-time with at least 4 hours overlap in U.S. Central Time
